32,000 sf, one building, single story addition to an existing 98,000 sf facility incorporates maximum space utilization in a constrained site. The addition is a combination of warehouse space and showroom furniture space. The warehouse was designed with 35-foot clear ceilings and a state-of-the-art furniture racking system for inventory control.

The showroom space was featured with a floor to ceiling glass wall to let natural light accent the showroom space. This project will be completed in an aggressive nine-month construction schedule to meet the client’s Grand Opening ceremonies for season.
