Renovations to eight buildings with a gross building area of 53,991 sf. Buildings include the Sanctuary (9,164 sf), Offices (2,028 sf), Children’s Building (3,660 sf), Fellowship Hall (4,907 sf), Youth Building (4,328 sf), Maintenance Building (1,500 sf), Palmetto Christian School Building (13,560 sf), School Administration Building (2,194 sf) and the Kids on the Rock children’s building for 2-5 year olds (12,650 sf).

Also included in the site improvements were three single family homes located on 17th Street in Palmetto.
