Renovation of 3,934 sf of restaurant floor space where the scope of the project involved the selective demolition of flooring, walls, plumbing and electrical fixtures.

The new construction phase of this project entailed the installation of new interior walls, flooring, wainscoting, chair rail and new plumbing and electrical fixtures. Additionally, new curbs, sidewalks and asphalt paving were added to the existing site.
