Construction management services on a new 19,983 sf furniture store. The project required the demolition and removal of the existing "Furniture Warehouse". Once the site was cleared, a single story structure comprised of split faced block masonry and metal joist was erected. The roofing system is a TPO membrane over a metal deck which carries a twenty year warranty. The front elevation provides generous amounts of storefront glass as well as "The Furniture Warehouse" signature steel entry canopy. The majority of the interior is dedicated to showroom space with approximately 2,000 square feet being Customer Service areas and public restrooms.
