Zirkelbach Construction will build the new 123,367 square
foot FedEx Ground regional distribution facility in Manatee
County. The facility will be located in the 136-acre Port
Manatee Industrial Park, just east of Port Manatee off of
US Highway 41. The project consists of 6,138 square feet of
office space and 117,229 square feet of distribution space
with associated site improvements and associated automobile
parking spaces and maneuvering areas. The construction of
this project is scheduled to break ground in April of 2008
and be completed the first quarter of 2009. Zirkelbach was
also retained to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing,
fire protection and structural engineering for this new facility.
Stone River Condominiums
Zirkelbach Construction has been selected to renovate the
Stone River Condominiums in Bradenton, Florida. The project
consists of interior and exterior modifications to an existing
3,446 square foot, two-story office building including but
not limited to selective demolition, masonry infill, new frame
and drywall, replacement of ceiling tile, mechanical, electrical
and plumbing modifications, stucco, interior and exterior
paint.
Furniture Warehouse
Construction management services required to build a new 19,983
sf furniture store. The project requires the demolition and
removal of the existing "Furniture Warehouse". Once the site
has been cleared, a single story structure comprised of split
faced block masonry and metal joist will be erected. The roofing
system is a TPO membrane over a metal deck which carries a
twenty year warranty. The front elevation provides generous
amounts of storefront glass as well as "The Furniture Warehouse"
signature steel entry canopy. The majority of the interior
is dedicated to showroom space with approximately 2,000 square
feet being Customer Service areas and public restrooms.
Honda Cars of Bradenton
New Sales and Service Building Built in 2 Phases. Included
in Phase I shall be approximately 21,939 SF Service Department
and a 4,060 SF Parts Department. Phase II shall consist of
approximately a 10,375 SF Showroom/Sales/First Floor Area,
4,898 SF Service Write Up and a 5,550 SF 2nd Floor area for
Office and Administration uses. A New Detached Car Wash Building
of approximately 1,760 SF, as well as Demolition of the existing
building spaces.
