The Florida College of Natural Health is located at 616 67th Street Circle East in Bradenton, Florida. New, one building, single-story, 18,250 square foot design-build educational facility designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate the changing needs of the college, and trends that occur in the industry, for the next several decades.

This project exemplifies the total commitment, full range of services and positive impact that Zirkelbach Construction provides to its clients. The Florida College of Natural Health came to Zirkelbach with a need; they wanted a building that was 15,000 to 20,000 square feet in size and located very close to Interstate 75.

Their dilemma was that they did not have adequate capital required to purchase the appropriate piece of property, design, engineer and build such a facility, however they did have adequate income to afford a monthly lease. Within three months, Zirkelbach Construction located a suitable parcel of land, secured an Owner for the land and building, (who was willing to lease it back to the College) and designed a building that fulfilled their needs. From that point, we constructed the facility that fit into the College's budget. In retrospect, the efforts of Zirkelbach Construction provided a win-win-win situation. The Florida College of Natural Health received their much needed facility, the Land Lord has a solid investment with a long-term tenant and Zirkelbach Construction earned a fair profit for the design and build of this project.
