Construction management services required for the development of a 2.3 acre site in Sarasota, Florida. The project further consists of four individual buildings totaling 24,000 square feet which have been constructed of masonry, structural and light gage framing, and abundance of store front glass under Fibertite flat roofs. Each building has a unique foot print, triangular forms that create the roofscapes and "floating signage", all of which add to the eclectic nature of this project.
