Design/Build, 28,000 sq. ft. two-story building, thin-set, Granite and Porcelain tile exterior, metal panels, storefront glazing system, and glass. This building has a custom two-story spiral staircase  and a custom elevator.  No paint on exterior of building. Maintenance free building. A unique interior design by JKL Design Group (Kurt Lucas) of Sarasota, Florida which provides Class "A" office space for this Law Firm.  Level 5 wall finishes through-out, complimented by wood base, cabinetry and marbles.  Also included in this facility is a world class gymnasium complete with sauna, lockers and high end restrooms/showers. The parking lot accommodates 87 cars which includes ADA required handicap spaces. The second floor of the building's heating and cooling system is based upon individually packaged high-efficiency roof-top units ranging from 3 to 6 tons each to service individual zones.  An energy management system was provided which controls the operation of roof top units, condensers, air handlers and required louvers. The system has setback capabilities for energy conservation.
