The most recent build took place during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when permitting delays and supply chain issues impacted nearly every industry. “Of course, with any construction project, there were some delays and extra costs—but it was not really their fault. We built during Covid, and there were permitting delays and supply issues that drove up the cost a bit. But they worked through most of the problems to our satisfaction.”
Gallagher also praised Z Construction’s hands-on project management, specifically highlighting Dan, who led the project with responsiveness and care. “The project manager, Dan, was particularly helpful and was always available for us—both during construction and post-construction—with any issues that needed to be remedied.”
